Veragent is an AI agent governance platform provided by Veragent B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. By accessing or using the Veragent platform at www.veragent.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Veragent provides software-as-a-service tools for monitoring, governing, and auditing AI agents. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@veragent.io of any unauthorised use of your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party. Each user must have their own account — account sharing is not permitted.
You agree to use Veragent only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our discretion in accordance with Dutch consumer law where applicable.
You retain full ownership of all data you submit to the Veragent platform. We process your data solely to provide the services described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. Upon account termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
We aim to maintain platform availability of 99.5% per month. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Veragent's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
The Veragent platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of Veragent B.V. and is protected by Dutch and international copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
